  • Yes. All countries that you wish to visit require advance application for visas. This involves filing your application at the embassy or consulate of the country. Several documents are required to accompany your application. Also the respective consulates may call you for a personal interview, fingerprinting procedures or to furnish additional documentation in select cases. Fly2flight has a dedicated cell that provides assistance for visa and passport applications to its customers. However, grant of visa / passport is solely at the discretion of the Embassy / Govt.

    • Every booking made on Fly2flight is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    • Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.
    • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by signing in to your Fly2flight Account. 
    • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone. However Fly2flight cancellation charges for such offline cancellations may be higher
    •  Fly2flight cancellation charges: Over and above the airline cancellation charges, Fly2flight will levy Rs 300 on Domestic & Rs 450 on International per passenger per segment for each cancellation
    • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic through our customer support shall be entertained.
    • Fly2flight shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to sms, e-mail For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelledIf you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation.
    • Fly2flight  will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

    • It is mandatory to contact fly2flight for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.fly2flight.com
    • If you need a refund for paper tickets, please send them back to us. Your tickets must reach us within 48 hours of the     time of cancellation so that we can get them endorsed by the airline for you.
    • If your paper ticket gets lost or damaged, the airline will not be able to process a refund request.
    • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to fly2flight by Email or Phone in order to initiate   the refunds process
    • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • No Show (Non-use of reservation) : In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking.
